28 employees from harbin changjiang department and pingfang factory led by presid-ent mr. zhang zhongkai were attended “mechanism wisdom course” of sibada consulting company from april 20th to 22th.
through the 3 days and 2 nights study, the lecturer of sibada forwarded the study from 4 aspects: thought, procedure, power and realm step by step with vivid cases. he explained the course by easy understood way. we had profound understanding about the concept of entire firm operating mechanism. two barriers need to be break to realize the carry out mechanism, achieving mutual understand between leadership and staff, thinking in each other’s stand. we had broaden horizons, open thoughts, enhance the mutual understand and reliance between boss and staff. our company planned to realize the carry out mechanism and negotiate mechanism all together. the company not only provides a broad development platform, and also offers training welfare with a lot of expenses, the staff all showed that together with company with a common development and common prosperity, create a better future, and realize everyone’s dream.
