all the staff of harbin dongsheng metal attended training summary about " wisdom” which was held on april 23, 2015. president mr. zhang zhongkai hosted the meeting.
first part of meeting, all the staff attended the training shared feelings and advices. and then group discussed on how to boost the enthusiasm of the employees, each group spoke actively and debated intensely. after discussion, each representative at the meeting were released the results of group discussion and strict analysis the feasibility of the suggestion on the staff. the meeting summed up 6 major topics on 3 directions, including "how to establish the employee happiness mechanisms” as a hot topic, 15 decisions came out according to vote. respectively accomplished by pingfang factory bungalow, administrative department, youth league committee, sales department and other departments.
the success of the training is based on altruism, beneficial to company, full of giving and sharing, as well as the spirit of fearing neither hardship nor tired. through this study, we also understand the method and process of making mechanism, has learned and apply knowledge. future of dongsheng will be better access everybody’s effort, the staff's will be more happy.
