harbin dongsheng metal materials co., ltd., changjiang division held the 3rd seminar with full wisdom on 21st day of may. the agenda of seminar dated 7th day of may was concluded first at this seminar, and principals of each plan reported the work progress. subsequently, three subjects are separately discussed in relation to “establishing system on how to involve oneself in work”, “how to perfect service chain to motive customer service personnel”, and “employee unhappy matters”. ultimately, after lively and positive discussion, fourteen issues to be resolved were given specific plan by each principal or team, meanwhile signing ceremony will be organized on the next day by the company.
in the signing ceremony, ceo zhang zhongkai proposed motivation policy of seminar by way of examination in aspects of advice quality, quantity of acceptance and performance of implementation for the purpose of encouraging employees to take part in discussion, actively accepting tasks and carrying out execution. such examination shall be appraised in the end of year, and the team with highest scores will be rewarded with cash. at the launch of such policy, the enthusiasm to a large extent was aroused in relation to employee discussion and each team addressed that they will fight for honor.
after three seminars, the employees have a platform to raise questions or advice not concerned or dare to rise before. meanwhile, through discussion, the employees also can learn from each other and take mutual progress. the new motivation policy enhances the teamwork and sense of honor as the collective.
