on the afternoon of june 12, the appreciation meeting of micro film started at company meeting room. all film works drew lots for playing order, and judging panel composing of representatives of each work selected the film produced by each department. after the selection, the voting box was sealed and will be opened and announced the results at the activity of our company in july. the purpose of such event is to promote the publicity and enhance the understanding of work by employees and make employees more engaged in work.
since the launch of collecting micro film in may, such event is positively supported by senior management and the staff from different departments. they actively discuss the direction of film, sacrifice their rest time to contribute to make and produce film in order to finish film on time. it is expected that their spirituality may demonstrated in such few minutes.
