on september 1st, harbin dongsheng metal co. ltd. held the sixth wisdom seminar at changjiang headquarter. this seminar discussed four issues, they were “internet experience” sharing experience on the last training, how to make the reward and punishment mechanism more reasonable to arouse all staff’s enthusiasm, and deputy general manager zhou zhiyang’s reading recommendations about the incentive mechanism diversity and noon punch and punishment mechanism.
after up to 5 hours seminar discussion, a total of 18 proposals were put forward, the team leader actively claimed their own work. this also shows the importance of a good mechanism which can effectively improve the staff’s positive performance. at the end of the meeting, after a full vote, the selection of the civil organization and the establishment of the institution were finished. it also marks another civil organization for employees set up. it embodies the humanized management of harbin dongsheng, which can really be integrated into the organization operation.
