to motivate employees’ positive initiative to learn corparate culture knowledge, to promote corporate culture knowledge construction, and to enhance team cohesion, on december 29, "2015 annual corporate culture knowledge contest" was held in headquarter conference room, the company leadership and grass-roots employees all took part in this activity.
the competition content is selected from the company employee handbook, the implementation proposal through wisdom conference and enterprise culture propaganda content. it covers multiple aspects of the concept of corporate culture, the company's development strategy and the employee's behavior norms. after careful preparation before the competition, the employees are confident to be the winner and they all answer seriously. this competition is very fierce. after evaluation, a total of 11 colleagues got a full mark, and achieved satisfactory results. in order to encourage the employees, the company sent gift to the award-winning staff and hoped that employees can better grasp the knowledge of enterprise culture, to promote enterprise core values propaganda and to be a practitioner.
