on the afternoon of dec. 7, harbin dongsheng metal company held the second session of aluminum casting summit commendation in the conference room of changjiang headquarter. some outstanding employees who made contributions to this congress were awarded.
there are three awards, such as special contribution award, outstanding contribution award and brave contribution award. the outstanding employees are from the company's five departments, they are sales department, administration department, finance department, human resources dept.and strategic development dept.. as many as 18 people won the awards. sales dept. mainly took charge of the vehicle scheduling plan, participants’ transfers and supplying need. administration dept and finance department cooperated with vehicle scheduling transfers work and took care of customers. strategic development dept. is responsible for the comprehensive coordination work, meeting organization and planning, press releases written work; the audit dept. and the human resources dept is responsible for logistics and camera work. each department had good mutual coordination and successfully offered a powerful guarantee for the meeting.
